All orders are subject to final acceptance by Troscan in Chicago, Illinois. All orders are considered an order only if purchase order is received with 50% deposit. Purchase orders without deposit are considered inactive. Receipt by acknowledgement indicates acceptance of order subject to the terms set forth on the acknowledgement. Troscan attempts to clarify all purchase orders, however, in the event that the price and description on the purchase order differ, the price guide purchase amount will prevail. All custom prices must be verified with copy of valid custom quote. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days.

All reasonable requests for changes to standard product will be honored if received in writing prior at start of production. Custom designed and special finishes are not subject to revision after acknowledgement. Troscan reserves the right to charge for labor, materials and administration costs for all change orders.

All orders are made to order, therefore all acknowledged orders are considered firm orders and are not subject to cancellation.

Troscan may alter products to meet specific needs. Contact your local representative showroom or Troscan when a custom design is needed. Custom designs will require additional lead time and upcharges and may require minimum quantities. A copy of a custom quote must be submitted with purchase order. All custom orders must have all drawings and/or finishes approved before production timeline commences.

Troscan will coordinate shipment using their preferred carrier to a receiving warehouse specified by the client. We do not offer white glove delivery to a residence; the shipment must be delivered to a qualified receiving warehouse who will then inspect and coordinate final delivery directly with the designer/purchaser. Orders in production will be shipped upon receipt of final payment and/or release unless otherwise requested and approved. Any special shipping requests must be provided prior to freight quote.

Troscan makes no warranty nor has any implied responsibility for customer’s own material (COM) or customer’s own leather (COL) provided for any product. Any defects, shortages, color variations, color transference onto other materials, required backing for stability, or other use or application issues are the exclusive responsibility of the purchaser. Troscan accepts no claim to suitability or application of the COM or COL provided. Any additional material required due to shortage or defects will be the responsibility of the Purchaser. Troscan will repair or replace, at its discretion and without charge to original purchaser, any product which fails as a result of defects in material and workmanship under normal care and use for one year from date of shipment. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse of product, dramatic temperature changes or exposure to unusual conditions such as extreme humidity or lack thereof, direct sunlight or harsh cleaners. Natural color changes variations or movements of lumber or veneer products, exposure to extreme temperature changes and direct sunlight may cause color changes and/or surface damage. These are circumstances beyond the control of Troscan and are not warranted. Placing glass tops, wet items or hot items directly on the surface of tables or tops may result in humidity or moisture build up and damaged finish and will not be considered a valid warranty claim. Any damages caused through misuse, abrasive items, or scratches from normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty. Troscan has the exclusive right to make the final determination of product misuse or abuse. Except as stated above. Troscan makes no express or implied warranties as to any product, and in particular, makes no warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Troscan shall not be responsible for any commercial loss arising from any product defect. The Troscan customer is the representative showroom or specifying designer client. All complaints must be directed through the representative showroom or specifying designer from whom the piece was purchased. To obtain any warranty service, the purchaser must provide proof of date of purchase, photos of claimed damaged and written description of damage.

All of Troscan’s product designs, marketing materials, name and logo are the exclusive property of Troscan LLC and is protected by the US and International Copyright, Trademark and trade dress laws, as applicable. Any reproduction of Troscan’s furniture designs, marketing materials or use of the Troscan name or logo, without express written consent of Troscan LLC is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action. Some designs shown are patent protected and will remain the property of Troscan. Any reproduction of the products or marketing material constitutes an infringement of patented and copyright laws and will be subject to prosecution. Troscan reserves the right to make changes in the dimensions, design and/or construction, price lists, and/or product literature without prior notice.
